Ambitio College participated in the second partner’s meeting of Erasmus+ project Careers for Carers

On April 23rd and 24th 2023, representatives of the Ambitio College – director Alen Stranjik and project manager Željka Ciler, participated in the second meeting of the Erasmus+ project Careers for Careers (CforC) project in Athens, Greece together with the coordinator of the Eurasante – Health Cluster project (France) and other partners Challedo and XENIOS POLIS (Greece), AP Hogeschool Antwerpen (Belgium) and FØNIX AS (Norway).

The goal of the project is to respond to employment difficulties in the field of personal services by attracting young people to the healthy aging sector, training them, and providing employment advice.

During the two-day meeting, the partners were discussed all the activities carried out so far in the process of creating an online escape game and next steps in this process. They also agreed on the next steps for attracting young people to participate in the implementation of the escape game, and we thought about the content of an online informal training program that will contribute to raising awareness about the profession of care for the elderly and healthy aging. The next meeting is scheduled for the fall of 2024 in Antwerp, Belgium.
