On January 3rd, 2024, Ambitio College held the second introductory lecture in the free soft skills training conducted within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Skill me 4 Job!”, financed from the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. In this project, Ambitio College is the project coordinator, Stichting Exe-Leren from the Netherlands is a partner and associate partner is Essential Skills Program from USA.

The second introductory lecture was intended for the second group of participants participating in the training through the Moodle e-learning platform of Ambitio College, which contains digital soft skills workbooks on Croatian. The lecture was provided by Ana Boban Lipić, teacher of psychology, soft skills trainer.

At the very beginning of the lecture, director Alen Stranjik greeted the participants, and project coordinator Željka Ciler explained the timeline of conducting the training and showed the participants the Moodle e-learning platform. Ana then introduced the participants to the subject of soft skills and explained their role in personal and professional development.

Soft skills training includes the 10 most wanted soft skills on the labour market, which are presented through text, video and audio content and numerous tasks that will surely raise the awareness of the participants and empower them for new personal and professional challenges.
