Aims of the project
To establish the Regional Center of Competence in the health sector and build programme, material and human resources to ensure the Center’s excellence.
Purpose of the project
The purpose of this project is to establish program and staffing conditions of RCC Mlinarska, which will improve opportunities for learning based on work of pupils and adult learners; establishment and development of the Center for Ergonomics; encouraging the excellence of teachers through activities to strengthen the competencies of educational workers and mentors employed by employers; establishing cooperation with institutions for higher and secondary education, scientific organizations, chambers and companies, and centers of excellence in the country and abroad; offering professional training and development and lifelong learning to adult participants; development of specific, tailor-made programs for pupils with disabilities and people with disabilities, with the aim of increasing their opportunities to enter and remain in the labor market.
Expected project results
Project will establish programme and personnel prerequisites for the successful operation of the Center of Competence in the health sector for the City of Zagreb and the Zagreb and Sisak-Moslavina counties. Center will improve work-based learning opportunities for both pupils and participants in adult education and lifelong learning programs, and encourage the excellence of teachers and mentors through activities to strengthen their professional and teaching competencies. A special feature of the Center is its commitment to ergonomics, which makes it unique in this part of Europe.
