Project title: Digital capacity building for VET Trainers

Project objectives:

  • increasing the digital skills of VET teachers, trainers, coordinators and administrative staff of partner organizations
  • developing cooperation between partners for implementing the digitised educational and training environments through new learning and teaching methods and approaches
  • increasing the attractiveness of training provision for effective fulfilment of increased demand
  • developing a new cooperation network at European level based on sharing, participation, continuous dialogue and exchange of good practices in order to increase the competitiveness of the European VET system in the face of new challenges of the future.

 

Target groups:

a) primary group: trainers, teachers and administrative staff of partner organizations in vocational education

b) secondary group: trainers, teachers and vocational education providers

 

Expected results:

  • conducted three digital capacity building workshops (LABS) in Croatia, Bulgaria and Spain for the primary target group
  • conducted 4 national workshops for the secondary target group
  • developed guidelines and video instructions based on the exchange of experiences and practices and the capacity building process based on the DigCompEdu document (2017) for trainers.

 

Total value of the project: 60.000,00 EUR

Project implementation period: 12 months, from July 1st, 2023, to June 30th, 2024
