Project details:
The project will contribute to the growth of employment and the reduction of poverty, through activities that help the vulnerable group of unemployed people under the age of 30 to improve their skills and integrate more easily into the labor market.
Ambitio College, together with its partner Horvat turizam – travel agency d.o.o. will develop new training programs for recreational sailing instructor, recreational windsurfing instructor and canoe and kayak instructor and provide them for unemployed people under the age of 30 from the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County, who are the target groups in this project. In addition to the necessary professional competences and practical skills, the target group will acquire some general personal competences and soft skills, such as communication skills, multicultural competence, basic information, digital and multilingual literacy, proactive attitude, professional behavior and hospitality, which will at the same time increase their competitiveness on the labor market and open up new opportunities for their employment.
Aim of the project:
To develop three new innovative training programs for recreational sailing instructor, recreational windsurfing instructor and canoe and kayak instructor and provide programs for members of the targeted vulnerable group of unemployed persons under the age of 30 with the aim of acquiring professional knowledge, general competences and soft skills that will contribute to their easier integration into the market of work.
Expected project results:
- development and implementation of three training programs for recreational sailing instructor, recreational windsurfing instructor and canoe and kayak instructor
- creation of three professional manuals for the implementation of training programs for recreational sailing instructor, recreational windsurfing instructor and canoe and kayak instructor
- creation of an e-learning platform for conducting training programs for recreational sailing instructor, recreational windsurfing instructor and canoe and kayak instructor
