On May 14, 2019, adult learners of Skill Improvement Training in Hearing Acoustics were started to develop their practical skills in the first exercises within the teaching units – Basics of Audiometry and Hearing Aid Techniques. Within the Basics of Audiometry, adult learners practised to measure the hearing using a tone audiometer and learned how the measurement results can be graphically displayed in a tone audiogram.

Within the Hearing Aid Techniques, they have learned to perform the procedure of making client’s earmolds. At the same time, they had the opportunity to independently try to make it using two different materials: material with hardening agent and a material for earmolds in ratio 1: 1.
