Ambitio College has received the notice of project acceptance “Mobility and Ambition to New Added Values for Adult Learners” within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme 2018 (Key Activity 1 in the field of adult education) at the beginning of May. Project officially started to implement by signing the Grant Agreement on June 1st, 2018.
The overall goal of the project is to enhance teaching processes based on innovative teaching methods, to contribute to further development and implementation of e-learning, and to improve the quality and efficiency of educational processes through better human resource management.
Specific objectives of the project are to: strengthen the skills and competences of the employees and teachers of Ambitio College in the application of innovative teaching methods in general (non-vocational) adult education, including advanced e-learning methods; strengthen the skills and competences of Ambitio College employees for efficient human resource management and improve e-learning systems.
Three mobilities of Ambitio College staff will be implemented within the project. Staff will attend structured courses on: Innovative Approaches to Learning (Helsinki, Finland), Human Resources Management (Prague, Czech Republic) and the Using of the e-Learning Platforms (Prague, Czech Republic).
Project in a duration of 12 months will contribute to the advancement of innovative teaching methods and advanced e-learning methods and the development of digital literacy skills for employees, teachers and adult learners of Ambitio College in the field of general (non-vocational) adult education. It will also contribute to the creation of contacts and the beginning of the development of an informal network of European partners in the field of education, with the aim of creating future strategic partnerships and other forms of cooperation that will jointly design and create innovative ideas and enhance the opportunities for action and transfer of knowledge at the international level.
Ambitio College as a Beneficiary will start implementing the project in a maximum approved amount of EUR 5.633,00 financed by the Erasmus + Programme of the European Union from June 1st, 2018, in a cooperation with the ITC International TEFL Certificate s.r.o. from Czech Republic.
